Commissioned by Living in Lynchburg Magazine for the cover of their September/October 2022 “Art Issue”.

In collaboration with Living in Lynchburg, this painting depicts the Ann White Academy Gallery, which is a part of the Academy Center of the Arts. It also depicts, in the window, Monument Terrace, a monument dedicated to Veterans. Both are located in Downtown Lynchburg, Virginia.

Created in gouache and watercolor, “The Gallery” focuses on Lynchburg’s prolific but growing art scene, as well as its diverse range of art enthusiasts.
